How to receive care
At Spectrum we go to great lentghts to ensure that care is easy to access and available to any person in need. With that in mind, all of the COVID-19 services listed below can be received in the following ways:
In Office Provider Visit
Call 877-634-7333 to schedule an in office visit at one of our locations across the state of Arizona.
In Your Home or Community
Call 1-844-whereUR (844-943-7387) to schedule a home visit.
Using Curbside Care in Prescott or Cottonwood
Call 877-634-7333 to schedule an appointment at one of our locations. When you arrive at the office just pull into an available parking spot labeled Curbside Care at your designated appointment time. Call the number on the sign to notify us you have arrived and a member of the team will be right out to assist you.
Spectrum Healthcare group currently offersmultiple COVID-19 test options. Blelow is a list of testing available:
› Abbott ID NOW Molecular COVID-19 Test: This is a rapid test with results in under 20 minutes.
› Sofia SARS Antigen FIA COVID-19 Test: This is a rapid test with results in under 20 minutes.
› PCR COVID Testing: Sent out to a commercial lab, results in 48-72 hours.
Due to supply and demand, we may only have one of the above rapid tests available at any time.
COVID-19 Vaccine Primary Series
Primary Series: Spectrum Healthcare is currently offering all approved COVID-19 vaccines, for the primary series. This includes the Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson Janssen vaccines. We have COVID-19 vaccines to vaccinate anyone over the age of 6 months. Individuals will be offered the vaccine appropriate for their age according to CDC and FDA guidelines. Spectrum is currently offering booster vaccines to individuals five years and older. This includes Pfizer MRNA Monovalent, Moderna MRNA Monovalent, Pfizer Bivalent and Moderna Bivalent Vaccine. Individuals will be offered the vaccine appropriate for their age according to CDC and FDA guidelines.
**Supply of the Bivalent Vaccine is limited at this time, and appointments are being made on a first come first serve basis.
